Position Details

KPMG is seeking a Manager to join our Business Tax Services practice.

Responsibilities

1. Provide tax compliance and advisory services to corporations and partnerships across a range of clients, from Fortune 100 companies to emerging businesses.
2. Participate in accounting for income taxes (ASC 740) and tax provision calculations.
3. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, manage teams of tax professionals, and oversee client projects.
4. Manage a portfolio of clients, build and maintain relationships, and deliver high-quality tax advice.
5. Oversee engagement risks, financial performance, billing, collections, and budgets.
6. Contribute to external market and business activities.

Qualifications

• At least five years of recent corporate tax experience in an accounting firm, corporation, or law firm.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• Licensed CPA, EA, or JD/LLM; if not possessed at hire, must obtain within one year.
• Experience with corporate taxation, consolidations, partnerships, and ASC 740.
• Proven ability to manage multiple client engagements and teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
