Responsibilities:

1. Provide tax compliance and advisory services to corporations and partnerships for a variety of clients, from Fortune 100 companies to emerging businesses.
2. Participate in accounting for income taxes (ASC 740) and tax provision calculations.
3. Work as part of a multidisciplinary team, managing teams of tax professionals and assistants on client projects.
4. Manage a portfolio of clients, build and maintain client relationships, and deliver high-quality tax services and advice.
5. Oversee risk and financial performance of engagements, including billing, collections, and project budgets.
6. Engage in market and business activities external to the firm.

Qualifications:

1. Minimum five years of recent corporate tax experience in an accounting firm, corporation, or law firm.
2. Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university.
3. Licensed CPA, EA, or JD/LLM, or other approved credentials listed by KPMG; candidates without these must obtain one within one year of hire.
4. Experience with corporate taxation, consolidations, partnerships, and strong knowledge of ASC 740.
5. Proven ability to manage multiple client engagements and service teams.
6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating complex information clearly.
