Responsibilities

• Provide tax compliance and advisory services to corporations and partnerships for a range of clients, from Fortune 100 companies to emerging businesses.
• Participate in accounting for income taxes (ASC 740) and tax provision calculations.
• Work as part of a multidisciplinary team, managing teams of tax professionals and assistants on client projects.
• Manage a portfolio of clients, build and maintain client relationships, and deliver high-quality tax services and advice.
• Oversee engagement risks, financial performance, billing, collections, and project budgets.
• Contribute to market and business development activities outside of client projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of recent corporate tax experience in an accounting firm, corporation, or law firm.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• Licensed CPA, EA, or JD/LLM; candidates without these credentials must obtain at least one within one year of hire.
• Experience with corporate taxation, consolidations, partnerships, and strong knowledge of ASC 740.
• Proven ability to manage multiple client engagements and teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating complex information clearly.
