Job summary

Louis Vuitton Americas seeks a dynamic Manager, Corporate Counsel to join our legal team in New York City. You will advise on commercial agreements, lead regulatory compliance for product safety, environmental laws, and supply chain transparency, and partner with business teams to scale compliance frameworks globally.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in Corporate, Compliance, or Regulatory Affairs, a JD from an ABA-accredited school, and in-house experience.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited law school and licensed to practice in New York.
• Experience handling corporate governance, regulatory compliance and contract review.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with strong business judgment and attention to detail.
• Prior in-house experience with corporate work and product counseling preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide independent legal counsel and draft, review and negotiate a broad range of commercial agreements.
• Serve as lead on product and environmental regulations and compliance matters.
• Develop and implement corporate policies; manage external counsel when needed.
• Advise on regulatory risk across multi-state and international retail/e-commerce operations.
