Job summary

Raytheon in Tucson, AZ is seeking a Manager, Contracts to lead a broad portfolio of contracts on the StormBreaker programs within the Strategic Initiatives portfolio. The role partners with program directors, chief engineers, and supply chain to prepare, submit, and negotiate pricing and terms while ensuring compliance with company policies.

Manager, Contracts

Raytheon has an opening for a Manager, Contracts in the Strategic Initiatives portfolio within the Air Power strategic business unit. In this job, you will be responsible for the leadership, management, and administration of a broad portfolio of contracts on the StormBreaker® Programs.

This role will support the various phases of the program lifecycle which may include development, sustainment, integration and Foreign Military Sales (FMS). Responsibilities include working closely with the Contracts Lead, Program Directors, Senior Program Managers, Chief Engineers, Proposal Manager, Business/Estimating and Supply Chain to construct, submit and negotiate pricing proposals; providing support to senior management regarding contractual and business issues; ensuring that negotiated terms and conditions comply with company policies; advising management of contractual rights and obligations and possible mitigation of contractual/program risks; examining and understanding cost structure estimates of labor, material, equipment services, production costs, performance requirements, and delivery schedules to ensure accuracy and completeness.

Salary

The salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
