The Contracting Manager leads a team of contracting specialists who draft, negotiate, and help operationalize clinician employment and services agreements at Providence entities. In addition to direct management responsibilities, the manager is the primary point of contact and subject matter expert for regional executives who are negotiating agreements and will identify, escalate, and operationalize necessary improvements to contract templates, contracting workflows, and governance documents.
As a leader in this space, we expect our top candidate to have a strong working knowledge of Stark, Anti-Kickback, and other relevant healthcare contracting compliance requirements, familiarity with provider compensation structures and methodologies, and experience implementing and managing complex contracting software.
