Celestica Inc. in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a seasoned Continuous Improvement leader to drive Lean and Six Sigma initiatives across manufacturing and service environments. You will mentor teams, coach leaders, and partner with CI stakeholders to deliver tangible business results.
The role requires hands-on training delivery, kaizen facilitation, and the ability to build a culture of continuous improvement through structured frameworks and cross-functional collaboration.

Along with CI Leadership, facilitate the development of CI (Lean and Six Sigma) vision for one or more customers or departments, and the strategy deployment plans to deliver that strategy. Facilitate continuous improvement activities in support of the plan. Develop subject matter expertise of Lean and Six Sigma principles, systems, methods and tools. Able to coach and mentor others. Manage resources to effectively help execute the strategy deployment plans.
Duties of this position are performed in generally good conditions with occasional exposure (10% - 33%) to noise, odours, dust, drafts, chemicals, operating machinery, temperature extremes, hazardous substances, etc.
Duties may require regular periods of sitting and/or standing and sustained visual concentration on observing operations. Repetitive manual movements (e.g. data entry, using a computer mouse, using a calculator, time studies, assembling workstations/racking, labeling, floor taping, etc., as applicable) are regularly required.
Occasional overnight travel is required.
5 to 7 years of relevant experience
CI experience in manufacturing and office environments
Management and/or leadership experience
Bachelor Degree in related field, or consideration of an equivalent combination of education and experience.
