The AppleCare Digital team is responsible for crafting image and video assets that provide an informative and entertaining experience, and allows our viewers to fully understand and utilize their products to their full potential. We are seeking an experienced creative and leader to manage a multi-disciplinary team of creatives, animators and designers building the world-class content for our customers.

Description

Guides the creative team through development and implementation of scalable design concepts and formats, graphic images, videos, and branding across the AppleCare Digital Portfolio. Foster a culture of continuous learning, improvement and collaboration within the creative team. Collaborate to form ideas and delegate teams to produce quality work. Partner with Creative Directors to develop creative strategy and execution with other business groups including design systems, business development and marketing. Share feedback, listen to perspectives, solve problems within your team and across our Strategy, Business Affairs and Production teams, ensuring all voices are heard and considered. Establish success metrics for creative content across platforms. Partner closely with Producers to build ideal content production pipelines. Establish and grow relationships with our partners in Marcom, Product Marketing, and other creative teams across Apple.

Minimum Qualifications

  1. Portfolio showcasing work samples is required.
  2. 10+ years of experience in a creative production design role, in a global media and publishing company, advertising agency, or company in the technology or retail business sector.
  3. 5+ years of leadership and management experience, preferably an ECD or senior Creative Director level.
  4. College degree in a design-related field, such as graphic design or visual communication.

Preferred Qualifications

  1. A proven track record of building successful teams, developing talent to meet both their career goals and the organization’s goals.
  2. Deep expertise and experience driving alignment and prioritization of requirements with a diverse range of business partners, shaping and driving organizational change across teams you’ve led.
  3. Ability to craft creative briefs, compelling narratives and presentations that engage stakeholders and drive alignment.
  4. Expertise in AI and Gen AI technology and how it can empower and augment design, video processes, and content deployment.
  5. Experienced in evaluating and guiding concepts, providing creative direction to design teams and getting hands on with the work as needed.
  6. Meticulous attention to detail and exceptionally high standards of quality.
  7. Highly organized and love to craft efficiencies to further streamline processes.

Pay & Benefits

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $149,500 and $279,600, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple’s Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
