The Atlantic is seeking a strategic, detail-oriented, and hands‑on Manager to join the Consumer Strategy and Growth team. In this role, you will help drive subscriber acquisition by executing tests on the website, building onsite experiences for specific products, and supporting growth levers including partnerships, international expansion, and paywall strategy. This role is highly cross‑functional. You will partner closely with teams across CSG and Product, including the creative and data teams, as well as colleagues in engineering and editorial. The ideal candidate brings a mix of executional rigor, technical savvy, analytical thinking, and curiosity. You are organized, comfortable working across multiple projects at once, and motivated by testing, learning, and improving how readers move toward subscription. This role reports to the Associate Director focused on growth initiatives and is based in New York.
Salary minimum: $77,000; Salary maximum: $85,000.
Location: New York City.
