Sodexo is seeking a strong operations leader in Missouri to oversee event-day activities at a high-energy venue. You will manage food & beverage operations, staffing, and guest service to deliver memorable experiences for thousands of guests.

You’ll supervise teams, drive service standards, and interface with clients and the Recreational Programming team to ensure smooth execution and revenue success.

Join a team creating an unforgettable guest experience at an exciting new recreational destination working closely with the client and Recreational Programming team! You will help bring this welcoming, dynamic space to life through skating, summer activities, year-round events, & diverse food and beverage experiences from fast casual and table service to bars, portable activations, & local partnerships.

About The Job

Step into a role puts you at the heart of event-day energy, where food, beverage, and guest experience come together. You’ll lead operations, inspire teams, and make sure every detail, from service to staffing, runs seamlessly, leaving a lasting impression on every guest. Accountable for managing people, setting direction and deploying resources; typically is responsible for performance evaluation, pay reviews and hire/fire decisions. Results are primarily achieved through the work of others and typically depend on the manager's ability to influence and negotiate with parts of the organization. Progression within Career Band reflects acquisition of broad technical expertise, business and industry knowledge, and process and people leadership capabilities. Accountable for business, functional or operational areas, processes or programs, which may include dotted-line or matrixed management.

Pay Range

$42415 per year - $54890 per year
