Sodexo in the United States is seeking a dynamic events leader to orchestrate the planning and execution of executive events, meetings, and presentations across Sodexo North America. You will influence logistics, interact with senior leaders, and ensure flawless delivery.

About the job

In this dynamic role, you'll be responsible for orchestrating the seamless planning and execution of events that leave a lasting impact. From collaborating with executive leaders to ensuring flawless logistics, you'll play a key role in enhancing the company's presence and aligning events with strategic communication goals.

Accountable for managing people, setting direction and deploying resources; typically is responsible for performance evaluation, pay reviews and hire/fire decisions. Results are primarily achieved through the work of others and typically depend on the manager's ability to influence and negotiate with parts of the organization. Progression within Career Band reflects acquisition of broad technical expertise, business and industry knowledge, and process and people leadership capabilities. Accountable for business, functional or operational areas, processes or programs, which may include dotted-line or matrixed management.

Pay Range: $74290 - $96140

• Plan and execute all aspects of events, meetings, and presentations led by executives or with reach across Sodexo North America.
• Manage presentation development, site vendors, and logistics while ensuring alignment with brand standards and communication strategies.
• Collaborate closely with executive leaders to plan and execute events.

• Exceptional communication and specialized writing skills to ensure clear, impactful messaging for all event materials.
