Job summary

Sodexo is seeking a proactive leader to manage events at a new recreational destination in Missouri. You will oversee food and beverage operations, drive guest experience, and lead staff across fast casual to bars and activations.

Role requires 3–5 years of management experience, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and a strong focus on hospitality standards and safety. Expect event-driven hours including evenings and weekends.

You will help bring this welcoming, dynamic space to life through skating, summer activities, year-round events, & diverse food and beverage experiences from fast casual and table service to bars, portable activations, & local partnerships.

Step into a role puts you at the heart of event-day energy, where food, beverage, and guest experience come together. You’ll lead operations, inspire teams, and make sure every detail, from service to staffing, runs seamlessly, leaving a lasting impression on every guest.

Accountable for managing people, setting direction and deploying resources; typically is responsible for performance evaluation, pay reviews and hire/fire decisions. Results are primarily achieved through the work of others and typically depend on the manager's ability to influence and negotiate with parts of the organization. Progression within Career Band reflects acquisition of broad technical expertise, business and industry knowledge, and process and people leadership capabilities. Accountable for business, functional or operational areas, processes or programs, which may include dotted-line or matrixed management.

Pay Range:

$42415 - $54890
