Northrop Grumman Corp. is seeking an SAP Business Partner/Level 2 Manager to lead ERP2/S4 SAP enhancements across manufacturing and logistics. You will liaise between manufacturing operations and the 1ERP IT support team, prioritizing requirements and guiding test scripts, training, and implementations.

The position supports SAP environments in a hybrid setup, preferably from Annapolis Junction, MD. Candidates must have a Bachelor's or Master’s with relevant ERP/Manufacturing experience,

• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of relevant experience, or Master's with 6+ years.
• Experience with ERP2 in manufacturing and logistics.
• Strong Excel, PowerPoint, and Word skills.

This person will focus on managing the enhancement of the ERP2/ ERP1/ S4 SAP environments.This position can be virtual however the preferred candidate will work hybrid from the Annapolis Junction, MD location.The SAP Business Partner/ Level 2 Manager supports the manufacturing and logistical support functions within the SAP/ERP/S4 environment with a focus on the logistics functionality (Material Master, MPLM, MRP, Inventory/Receiving and Shipping).The SAP Business Partner/ Level 2 manager acts as the liaison between the manufacturing business operation’s customers and the 1ERP IT support team. He or she will be in close communications with the customer base to prioritize ERP enhancements, document requirements, and develop test scripts, training, communications, and implementations of any new ERP functionalities. This person will be responsible for cross-functional communication with other SAP Business Partners as required from a team lead perspective to support successful ERP operations. Additionally, this person will be a key contributor to the 1ERP Phase 5 projects as we move the MS sector to the S4 Platform.Basic Qualifications:* Bachelor's degree with 8 years of relevant experience; OR Masters with 6 years of relevant experience. Will consider 12 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree requirement.* Experience with ERP2 business processes in manufacturing and supporting logistical functions* Experience in some of these: operations, production, manufacturing, quality or industrial engineering* Strong Excel, Power Point, Word skills* Ability to obtain and maintain a US Government Secret clearance.* US citizenship required.Primary Level Salary Range: $133,200.00 - $219,800.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
