Manager, Compliance (Duals & D-SNP Product)

Join to apply for the Manager, Compliance (Duals & D-SNP Product) role at Centene Corporation.

This position offers flexibility to work remotely from anywhere in the Continental United States.

Position Purpose

Manage the Dual compliance department functions, including regulatory and D-SNP contract review, monitoring, auditing, and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.

Responsibilities
  1. Manage approval and submission of D-SNP SMAC contract and regulatory reports.
  2. Oversee SMAC updates and regulatory communications.
  3. Conduct compliance assessments and implement corrective action plans.
  4. Collaborate with CMS, States, and internal teams to maintain regulatory satisfaction.
  5. Respond to inquiries from regulatory agencies and participate in forums.
  6. Support RFP responses and new business implementations.
  7. Design and improve compliance processes.
  8. Create and deliver compliance training.
  9. Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration, Compliance, or related field.
  • 5+ years of compliance experience, including risk assessment, auditing, and training.
  • Experience with D-SNP SMAC and Medicare managed health plans.
Compensation and Benefits

Annual salary range: $86,000 - $154,700. Benefits include health insurance, 401K, stock plans, tuition reimbursement, paid time off, and flexible work arrangements.
