Job summary

Arizona Cardinals Football Club is seeking a Manager, Community Impact to coordinate and implement community initiatives, events, and league programs. The role requires supporting player appearances and autograph signings, with long hours at home games and holidays.

You will manage outreach to community partners, schools, and sponsors, supervise content creation, and drive the club's community strategy. Strong communication and teamwork are essential in a fast-paced live-event setting.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent education, training, and experience.
  • At least four (4) years of experience in community impact/relations, professional sports entertainment, NFL or Special Event experience.
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to multi-task in a high‑stress live event environment.
  • Must be meticulous, self-motivated, and committed to excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Lead planning and execution of League and team community programs and events.
  • Oversee community outreach programs with schools, partners, and sponsors.
  • Manage training camp community impact aspects including post‑practice autograph sessions.

Job Summary:

Under the direct supervision of the Sr. Director, Community Impact, the Manager, Community Impact is responsible for coordinating and implementing all Arizona Cardinals’ community impact initiatives, events, and activities, as well as league programs, coordinating player appearances, autograph signings, and assisting with other programming. We are seeking a proactive problem solver, possessing a strong work ethic. An ability to work at Arizona Cardinals home games, long hours, irregular schedules, weekend, early morning, late night, and holiday work assignments are the norm. A good attitude and a commitment to teamwork is a must.

Primary Job Duties:

The Manager, Community Impact daily responsibilities will include, without limitation, the following:

  • Lead the planning and execution of League and team community programs and events such as Inspire Change, Heritage/History Month activations, My Cause, My Cleats, Crucial Catch, Community Spotlight, etc.
  • Oversee the creation, scheduling, and execution of community outreach programs for community partners, schools and sponsors related to the team's main initiatives.
  • Manage all community impact aspects of training camp including post-practice autograph sessions.
  • Maintain the department's social media presence (Cardinals In The Community account) via relevant community content.
  • Oversee the generation of and approval for all community-related content (press releases, website, team publications, social media accounts, etc.).
  • Serve and primary point of contact with partners and non-profit organizations.
  • Oversee the coordination of community Impact appearances by players, including the planning and execution of all player-focused holiday activations.
  • Support the development and implementation of all aspects of the club's community-related strategy.
  • Contribute and oversee the Community Impact Annual Report.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree, or equivalent education, training, and experience
  • Experience: At least four (4) years of experience in community impact/relations, professional sports entertainment, NFL or Special Event experience
  • An individual who is enthusiastic about service and building community.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to multi-task and solve problems in a high-stress, fast-paced live event/production environment.
  • Must be meticulous and highly self-motivated with a shared commitment to excellence.
  • Strong understanding of brand standards.
  • Must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for periods of up to eight (8) hours in length.
  • This role will require exposure to outdoor weather conditions.
  • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds on a regular basis.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays; hours may vary depending on business needs.
  • Must complete all pre-employment forms and successfully pass a background check.
