A health services company in the United States is seeking a Collections Manager to oversee the collections process and manage business partnerships. The role involves driving operational excellence, problem-solving with customers regarding payment issues, and requires 8-12 years of experience along with a relevant bachelor's degree. What Collections contributes to Cardinal Health Finance oversees the accounting, tax, financial plans and policies of the organization, establishes and maintains fiscal controls, prepares and interprets financial reports, oversees financial systems and safeguards the organization's assets. Collections is responsible for the collection of outstanding accounts receivable. This includes dispute research, developing payment plans with customers, and building relationships of trust with customers and internal business partners.
Anticipated salary range: $87,700-$131,565
