What Collections contributes to Cardinal Health

Finance oversees the accounting, tax, financial plans and policies of the organization, establishes and maintains fiscal controls, prepares and interprets financial reports, oversees financial systems and safeguards the organization's assets.

Collections is responsible for the collection of outstanding accounts receivable. This includes dispute research, developing payment plans with customers, and building relationships of trust with customers and internal business partners.

Responsibilities
  • Manage BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) Partner for designated area

  • Management reporting on results, risks, opportunities, trends as well as ad hoc as needed

  • Operational Excellence mindset to drive improvement efforts for on-shore and/or off-shore teams

  • Project management mindset to drive collaborative efforts across multiple teams

  • Business to business collections - problem solving with customer on payment issues

  • Travel possible up to 10%

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred

  • 8-12 years of experience, preferred

  • Participates in the development of policies and procedures to achieve specific goals

  • Ensures employees operate within guidelines

Anticipated salary range: $87,700-$131,565
