Responsibilities

As a key member of our leadership team, you will help to continually develop the results-driven initiatives that define our success and are transforming healthcare.

This is a remote position.

This position is responsible for managing and overseeing the activities for multiple value streams within the revenue cycle. Responsibilities include analyzing data, documenting process flows, coordinating changes, and resolving issues. You will provide ongoing input in the strategic planning of business requirements and corporate objectives for the Revenue Cycle. The role involves developing leaner processes and integrating system changes to support them, ensuring compliance with all relevant statutes, regulations, and payer policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience plus at least 10 years healthcare experience, including 5 years in management.
• Certification as a Professional Coder (CPC) through AAPC or Coding Credential through AHIMA required.
• Experience in clinic/hospital financial operations, strong interpersonal and customer service skills, team dynamics, decision-making, and experience managing complex budgets.
• Proficiency in problem solving, process flow, billing regulations, and project management.
