Job summary

GlobalFoundries is seeking a Manager, Cloud Solutions Delivery to lead end-to-end cloud initiative delivery across AWS and Azure. You will oversee intake, planning, execution, transition to operations, and ongoing improvement while partnering with Cloud Platform Engineering, Cloud Operations, Security and vendors.

You will manage internal and vendor resources, drive governance, and ensure secure, reliable, and cost-effective cloud services with measurable outcomes and transparent communication

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience delivering IT/cloud infrastructure and application solutions.
• 3+ years of people leadership experience.
• Experience with AWS and Azure services and cloud networking, identity and security concepts.
• Strong project/program management discipline and stakeholder communications.
• Familiarity with SOC 2 or ISO 27001 compliance and security integration in CI/CD workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery execution for cloud initiatives, including scope, schedule, budget, risks and dependencies.
• Lead intake and prioritization with stakeholders and translate needs into plans and milestones.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure aligned execution and clear handoffs.

The Manager, Cloud Solutions Delivery leads the end-to-end delivery of cloud solutions—from intake and planning through execution, transition to operations, and continuous improvement.
