Job summary

Jonas Software seeks a Manager, Cloud Operations to lead a global 24/7 cloud team responsible for CORA Legal Group’s cloud products hosted on Azure and AWS. This role ensures SOC 2 compliance, incident response, and cost-efficient, secure operations.

You will partner with R&D management to build monitoring platforms, drive automation with IaC/CI/CD, and supervise risk assessments and security practices while maintaining strong collaboration with leadership. Remote USA, 40 hours weekly.

Qualifications

• Experience leading cloud-ops for multi-tenant cloud products.
• Strong knowledge of Azure and AWS architectures and best practices.
• Proven track record in implementing SOC2/compliance initiatives.
• Hands-on IaC and automation through Terraform and/or CloudFormation.
• Experience with CI/CD and monitoring tooling (New Relic, Datadog).

CORA Legal Group currently consists of two companies - BEC Legal Systems and RBRO Solutions. Each company has a series of multi-tenant, cloud-based products built upon Azure and AWS infrastructures.This is a key position that leads a global, 24/7 cloud operations team tasked with monitoring the production environments for both companies and ensuring compliance with SOC2 and similar frameworks. CORA Legal Group is expected to acquire other companies in the coming years, and this position has outstanding potential for advancement and growth as the organization expands and new cloud applications come online.The Manager, Cloud Operations reports to the Vice President of Technology for CORA Legal Group. Hours for the position are 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Time.
