The Manager, Closely Held Assets supports the management and oversight of closely held and other nonmarketable assets held within fiduciary structures, including trusts, estates, and foundations. This role focuses on executing day‑to‑day portfolio management activities while ensuring adherence to fiduciary, regulatory, and risk standards.
The Manager is responsible for evaluating, monitoring, and administering a portfolio of low‑to‑moderate‑complexity closely held assets, including minority interests in limited partnerships (LPs), limited liability companies (LLCs), and privately held corporations. This role partners with senior team members and internal stakeholders to support asset management decisions, valuations, and transactions.

Total Base Pay Range 71,100.00 - 145,900.00 USD Annual

The base salary for this position is reflective of the range of salary levels for all roles within this pay grade across the U.S. Individual salaries within this range will vary based on factors such as role, relevant skillset, relevant experience, education and geographic location. In addition to the base salary, this role is eligible to participate in an incentive compensation plan, with any such payment based upon company, line of business and/or individual performance.
