Job summary

Oak Street Health is seeking a field-based Manager of Clinical Support to supervise nursing personnel across the region. The role requires a current RN license, multiple years of nursing and management experience, and the ability to lead projects with minimal supervision.

This individual collaborates with stakeholders regionally and centrally, including the head of Nursing, to ensure alignment on initiatives, clear priorities, and consistent communication throughout the region, in order to achieve targets. The field-based Manager of Clinical Support plays an integral role in the field Leadership Team of their respective region to ensure all aspects of the business are aligned with quality nursing care, optimal patient outcomes, and excellent patient experience.
