The Manager, Clinical Supply Operations II will oversee clinical supply planning, packaging, labeling, and inventory management for global clinical studies.
Responsibilities
- Clinical Supply Management – Forecasting, packaging design, labeling, inventory planning, and resupply strategy.
- Project Management – Planning, tracking, and coordinating clinical supply projects across multiple countries.
- Vendor & Contract Management – RFP generation, vendor selection, contract negotiation, and ongoing vendor oversight.
- Regulatory Compliance – Knowledge of cGMP, GCP, IND submissions, audits, and global import/export regulations.
- Clinical Trial Knowledge – Understanding of study designs (randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled) and blinding strategies.
- IRT/Technology Skills – Experience with Interactive Response Technology for drug dispensing and inventory control.
Skills
- Minimum 5 years of related experience.
- Experience in Project Management, Clinical Supply Management, and/or Pharmaceutical Development.
- Experience and skill in the processes for assimilation and destruction or returned drug supply as well as experience managing third‑party contract clinical supply operations.
- Global experience required.
Education
BS in Pharmacy or related field – MS or PharmD a plus.
