Job summary

Centene Management Company LLC is seeking a Manager, Clinical Quality Training to identify and address training needs across the Quality department. You will develop, conduct, and evaluate programs to improve performance, quality, and motivation of staff.

The role is primarily remote with nationwide eligibility and opportunity to work with corporate and field teams to align training with organizational ROI and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of training experience within the hiring department's function, preferably in a managed care/insurance environment.
• Familiarity with computer based training tools, vendors and other technology based training platforms.
• Knowledge of training methodologies, adult learning styles, and evaluative methodologies in measuring impact on organization and ROI of training expenditures.
• Lead experience in managing cross functional teams on large scale projects or supervisory experience including hiring, training, assigning work and managing performance.

Position Purpose:

Key Details:

The Manager, Clinical Quality Training position is primarily remote. Candidates will be considered nationally.

Responsibilities :

• Manages the activities related to various training and educational programs for the Quality department.

• Determines appropriateness of contracting with outside vendors to accomplish organization’s training goals and objectives.

Highly Preferred Skills :

• Nursing license


• 2+ years of experience with STAR measures


• 3+ years of experience in HEDIS


• 2+ years of experience with supplemental and medical record review activities


• 2+ years of leadership experience

Education/Experience:

Previous experience as a lead in a functional area, managing cross functional teams on large scale projects or supervisory experience including hiring, training, assigning work and managing the performance of staff.

Pay Range: $87,700.00 - $157,800.00 per year
