Manager, Clinical Quality Interventions - RN Required (Remote)

Molina Healthcare is seeking a qualified professional for the role of Manager, Clinical Quality Interventions. This position involves overseeing healthcare quality improvement initiatives, data collection, reporting, and ensuring compliance with quality standards. The role requires collaboration with various teams and leadership to develop and implement effective interventions that improve clinical care and service quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement, and monitor healthcare quality interventions aligned with state and federal regulations.
  • Coordinate resources, training, and stakeholder engagement to ensure successful intervention strategies.
  • Lead and facilitate the Interventions Joint Operations Committee, representing Molina Plan Senior Leadership.
  • Collaborate with analytics and strategic teams to evaluate intervention effectiveness and report to leadership.
  • Communicate progress, barriers, and key findings to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Lead qualitative analysis, reporting, and development of program materials and policies.
  • Support high-quality clinical care through strategic relationships with healthcare providers.
Minimum Requirements
  • Active, unrestricted RN License.
  • 5+ years in managed healthcare, including at least 2 years in health plan quality improvement.
  • 2+ years of management experience leading healthcare quality teams.
  • Operational knowledge of Excel and Visio.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's Degree or higher in a clinical field, Public Health, or Healthcare.
  • 3+ years' experience with member/provider outreach and quality intervention studies.
  • Supervisory, project management, and team-building experience.
  • Certifications: CPHQ, CHCA preferred.

This is a full-time, mid-senior level position with a pay range of $77,969 - $155,508 annually. The role is remote, and candidates should have relevant healthcare quality experience and RN licensure.
