Manager, Clinical Quality

We are looking for a knowledgeable operations wizard, who has a passion for complex clinical operations and optimization problems, to lead various clinical priorities from inception, ideation and discovery, through to road mapping, prioritization, experimentation, and implementation. This position requires an experienced operator who can efficiently lead cross-functional projects, stand-up new initiatives from 0->1 and build a highly effective improvement system. You will be successful in this role if you are a systems-thinker, prioritize well, and make high-quality, data-driven decisions, but are also willing to roll up your sleeves to help us continuously improve. This role will work closely with senior clinical leaders and collaborate across the organization with member services, network development, legal, analytics and provider teams.

Location: Remote | USA | Travel Required

Responsibilities:

  • Drive execution of projects, including program management and change management
  • Lead the implementation of new clinical workflows and processes
  • Design and conduct experiments to optimize existing clinical operations
  • Develop and manage KPIs/SLAs to measure the performance of clinical operations
  • Identify opportunities for process and efficiency improvement
  • Work cross-functionally to effectively execute against our priorities
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of healthcare consulting experience at a leading healthcare consulting firm focused on at least one of the following: strategy, operations, finance
  • 2+ years of operating experience at a health tech or innovative healthcare services organization
  • Demonstrated excellence in project management and leadership skills
  • Experience working in high-performing, cross-functional teams
  • Ability to independently analyze complex data and derive actionable insights
  • Experience with process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

What makes a strong candidate:

  • Advanced degree in a healthcare-related field (e.g., MPH, MHA, MBA with healthcare focus)
  • 2+ years of business modeling experience
  • A thorough understanding of clinical workflows and healthcare operations
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements
