Job summary

Devoted Health is seeking a Manager of Clinical Product Operations to drive deployment of clinical initiatives and optimize workflows across clinical teams. The role partners with leadership, training, and cross-functional groups to execute new workflow rollouts and align EHR-enabled practices.

The candidate will leverage EMR expertise to improve system functionality, monitor adoption, and ensure timely, enterprise-wide rollout of initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree with five years of healthcare or product management experience.
  • 2+ years experience with enterprise change management scaling.
  • Prior advanced or superuser EMR experience.
  • 2+ years experience in clinical project/process management or informatics experience.

Responsibilities

  • Define and optimize clinical workflows with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Plan and manage end-to-end deployment of new clinical initiatives.
  • Develop and distribute training resources for new launches.
  • Monitor usability and adoption; provide feedback to R&D.

Job Description A bit about this role: The Manager of Clinical Product Operations supports by driving clinical initiative deployment, workflow optimization, and change adoption across Devoted Medical clinical teams. Analyzes clinical operational needs and collaborates with cross-functional stakeholders to define, refine, and implement clinical workflows. Reports directly to the Sr. Manager, Clinical Initiatives, partnering with leadership and training teams to execute new workflow rollouts seamlessly. Leverages Electronic Health Record (EHR) and clinical documentation expertise to enhance systems functionality and clinical practice alignment.

Responsibilities and Impact

Clinical Workflow Strategy: Partnership with Engineering/Data/AI/Operations team to support Enterprise goals. Partner with Clinical Informatics to map, document, and optimize current and future clinical workflows. Initiative Planning: Collaborate with product and operational leadership to define priorities, participating with R&D planning, Central Initiatives planning and workflow intake processes to develop monthly sprint plans. Rollout Execution: Plan and manage the end-to-end deployment of new clinical initiatives, overseeing the transition from pilot/Test Kitchen phases to enterprise-wide launch. Change Management: Develop and distribute communication plans, rollout materials, and training resources to ensure seamless adoption. Training & Support: Facilitate training sessions for end-users, educate designated SMEs and managers on launch initiatives, and provide post-deployment troubleshooting. System Alignment: Leverage EHR expertise to enhance system functionality and ensure clinical practice alignment. Performance Analysis: Evaluate usability, adoption, and operational impact; bridge frontline feedback to R&D teams to drive iterative improvements. Adoption: Achievement of initiative adoption thresholds as defined by the Senior Leadership. Usability: Maintenance of Orinoco (EHR) usability score targets to influence R&D investments. Delivery: Adherence to enterprise change calendar; optimizing for transparency and timeliness of launch. Impact: Documented scale, iteration, or sunset decision for all launched initiatives. Documentation: Maintain current and discoverable standards for cross-functional enterprise-wide workflows.

Required skills and experience

Bachelor’s degree with five years of healthcare or product management experience 2+ years experience with enterprise change management scaling Prior advanced or superuser EMR experience. 2+ years experience in clinical project/process management or informatics experience.

Desired skills and experience

Clinical Expertise: Practicing Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) or Registered Nurse (RN) with 5+ years of clinical experience. Licensure: An active license to practice in at least one Devoted Medical market is preferred. Education: Master’s degree preferred, with two years of telehealth experience. Soft Skills: Exemplary interpersonal and communication skills, with a solution-oriented, critical analysis mindset. Self-Management: Highly motivated, capable of working independently or in teams, with strong organizational skills to prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Salary Range

73,000 - $130,000 per year The pay range listed for this position is the range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at the time of the posting. Once the interview process begins, your talent partner will provide additional information on the compensation for the role, along with additional information on our total rewards package. The actual base salary offered will depend on a variety of factors, including the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
