Job description

As the Manager, Clinical Product Marketing, you will lead marketing strategy and messaging for Riverside Insights’ early childhood clinical products, with a focus on the Battelle family of assessments. You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping how our products are perceived in the market, ensuring every campaign and asset is informed by the voice of the customer. Through strategic storytelling and evidence-based messaging, you’ll help drive adoption, customer engagement, and product development.

In this role you will get to:

  • Lead and support sales enablement efforts by developing training decks, demo guides, and other materials that equip the team to confidently position and sell the Battelle suite.
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns that support BDI billings, crafting compelling materials such as brochures, email campaigns, and sales decks.
  • Manage and prioritize a content calendar designed to boost conversion and retention across clinical product lines.
  • Collaborate with Product and Sales to analyze market data, campaign performance, and ROI, using insights to optimize strategy.
  • Lead voice-of-customer (VOC) efforts through surveys, interviews, and focus groups, translating feedback into impactful messaging and product improvements.
  • Support cross-sell marketing efforts by positioning adjacent clinical products like WMLS and Bateria alongside the WJ V.
  • Continuously test and refine product positioning based on customer insights and market dynamics.

  • Proven experience in product marketing, ideally with a background in clinical, educational, or assessment-focused industries.
  • Strong ability to craft strategic messaging grounded in customer research and voice-of-customer insights.
  • Skilled at developing and executing marketing campaigns that drive measurable business results.
  • Experience supporting sales enablement through development of training materials and pitch content.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and convert insights into action.
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills, especially with sales, product, and customer-facing teams.
  • Comfortable leading customer engagement initiatives such as surveys and interviews to inform marketing and product strategy.

Compensation: A reasonable estimate of the base compensation range for this position is $90,000 - $105,000USD. This compensation range is specific to the United States and it incorporates many factors including but not limited to an applicant's skills and prior relevant experience and training; licensures, degrees, and certifications; internal pay ranges; and market data/range parameters.
