A national healthcare organization is seeking a Clinical Operations Manager to oversee clinical initiatives and improve care coordination while leading a remote team. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree, 5+ years in clinical operations, and is well-versed in NCQA guidelines. Applicants for this role have the flexibility to work remotely from their home anywhere in the United States. A behavioral health license is highly preferred for this position.
Manages the development and implementation of clinical initiatives and/or programs to improve care coordination, efficiency, and health and quality outcomes. Manages the clinical operations team to ensure all clinical processes are consistent with National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) guidelines, state mandates, and/or government contract requirements.
Requires a Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of related experience. Or equivalent experience acquired through accomplishments of applicable knowledge, duties, scope and skill reflective of the level of this position.
Pay Range: $100,900.00 - $186,800.00 per year

Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual\'s skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law, including full-time or part-time status. Total compensation may also include additional forms of incentives. Benefits may be subject to program eligibility.
