  • Manages scheduling, workload distribution, and workflow systems for clinical staff.
  • Supervises site supervisors to ensure consistency and fidelity across training.
  • Supports crisis response protocols and risk management practices.
  • Collaborates with program leadership on staff development and program enhancement.
  • Performs related duties as assigned.

Job Summary:

The Manager of Clinical Operations assists to oversees the dailyclinical and operational functions of the FROG Care Clinic,ensuring high-quality service delivery, effective supervision, andcompliance with professional, legal, and ethical standards. Thisrole integrates clinical leadership with operational systems,training implementation, and applied evaluation.

Duties & Essential Job Functions:
  1. Oversees day-to-day clinic operations to ensure consistenthigh-quality service delivery and compliance with professional,legal, and ethical standards
  2. Provides direction and leadership by demonstrating skills inclinical management, communicating the mission and shared vision ofFROG Care Clinics initiatives, promoting teamwork among staffmembers, and conveying a clear commitment to clinical services forpatients.
  3. Oversees clinic’s compliance with state licensure laws, HIPAA,and ethical standards. Ensures proper documentation, use of datasystems, and audit processes.
  4. Manages various logistics for clinical staff such as planning,scheduling, and organizing work, ensuring optimal caseloaddistribution, setting priorities, delegating tasks, and overseeingworkflow systems.
  5. Supervises multiple site supervisors to ensure consistency,quality, and fidelity across training experiences.
  6. Supports proper use of crisis response protocols and riskmanagement practices. Uses best judgement to anticipate and resolveproblems as needed.
  7. Collaborates with program leadership and individual team membersto support the mission of the FROG Care Clinics through problemsolving, program enhancement, and staff development.
  8. Performs other related duties as assigned.
Required Education & Experience:
  • Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling
  • 5 years’ experience in a clinical setting, including previousexperience supervising clinicians and trainees
  • Experience in school-based or community mental healthsettings
Preferred Education & Experience:
  • Doctoral degree
Required Licensure/Certification/Specialized Training:
  • Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas
Preferred Licensure, Certification, and/or SpecializedTraining:
  • LPC-S
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
  • Knowledge of state and federal mandates as they relate to patientcare.
  • Knowledge of HIPAA and confidentiality standards
  • Knowledge, sensitivity, and ability to work with people fromdiverse backgrounds.
  • Strong leadership, clinical judgment, and organizationalskills
  • Skill in interpersonal, oral, and written communication.
  • Ability to develop and recommend sound policies and procedures asthey relate to Health Services.
  • Ability to work effectively with supervisors, supervisees,colleagues, and clients.
  • Ability to manage multiple administrative taskssimultaneously.
  • Ability to utilize data-informed practices for qualityimprovement
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
