Sharp HealthCare in Oceanside, CA is seeking a Clinical Manager to oversee 24-hour nursing care and operational management of the assigned unit. You will lead, mentor, and serve as a clinical resource for nurses and the health care team, while aligning practice with the California Nurse Practice Act and ANA standards.
The ideal candidate holds a California RN license with BLS and ACLS certifications, has 2+ years of management experience in clinical settings, and 3 years of leadership

Shift End Time: 3:30 PM
AWS Hours Requirement: 8/40 - 8 Hour Shift
Additional Shift Information: flexible to meet department needs
Weekend Requirements: As Needed

Hourly Pay Range (Minimum - Midpoint - Maximum): $66.000 - $75.750 - $85.490
The stated pay scale reflects the range that Sharp reasonably expects to pay for this position. The Clinical Manager holds twenty-four hour accountability for the delivery of quality nursing care and operational management of assigned unit. The job encompasses integration, facilitation, and coordination of the leadership, management, operational, quality improvement coordination, and clinical activities of patient care services. This individual serves as a professional role model, leader, mentor, and clinical resource for nurses and other members of the health care team. Individual is responsible for supervising all department employees. Understands and adheres to the California Nurse Practice Act, the American Nurses Association (ANA) Code of Ethics for nurses, the ANA Bill of Rights for Registered Nurses, and the ANA Scope and Standard for Nurse Administrators. Supports the mission and values of the Medical Center. Possess knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age of the patient population in the department under their management.
