Job description

Manager, Clinical Drug Supply & Logistics

The Manager, Clinical Drug Supply & Logistics is responsible for forecasting Investigational Product (IP) supply requirements for multiple clinical trials and managing the IP distribution process. Activities are performed on time, within budget, and with good quality, in compliance with Regulatory Authorities' regulations/guidelines and Regeneron SOPs/WPDs. Contributes to ongoing process improvement initiatives. This role applies to internally sourced studies and/or CRO/Partnered studies. Collaborates and interacts with clinical trial managers, development program managers, medical monitors, and staff from quality, clinical compliance, regulatory, formulations, and IOPS (CMC, external manufacturing, stability).

A Typical Day Includes:

  • Serves as lead drug supply manager for multiple small and/or less complex clinical studies, including demand forecasting according to IOPS requirements.
  • Manages supply planning and timelines to ensure alignment with study plans and overall clinical development plans.
  • Oversees IP inventory strategy; advises on potential shortages and defines resupply activities based on usage trends and projections.
  • Oversees IP shipment orders to ensure timely, compliant delivery to investigator sites, working with Clinical Logistics Associates as needed.
  • Requires working knowledge and experience with Interactive Response Technologies (IRT) such as IVRS and IWRS.

Qualifications include 5+ years of Life Science experience and 4 years of clinical supply management. The role may require onsite presence a few days a week at one of our offices.

Salary Range (annually): $113,100.00 - $184,700.00
