Job Responsibilities

As a CDI Manager, you will oversee clinical documentation integrity initiatives, ensuring accurate and complete documentation in patient records. Your role will include:

  1. Leading a team of clinical documentation specialists.
  2. Collaborating with healthcare providers to improve documentation practices.
  3. Monitoring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  4. Providing training and support to clinical staff on documentation standards.
Minimum Qualifications

To be considered for this position, you must meet the following minimum requirements:

  1. Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in a health plan or health system setting.
  2. Minimum of 3 years of people management experience.
  3. Experience with risk adjustment programs, specifically in Medicare or other healthcare plans.
