Job summary

IQVIA seeks a Manager of Database Management Systems to design or modify data models and organize metadata for global clinical data standards. You will act as an SME on SDTM/CDISC standards, developing operational mappings and contributing to library objects and CRF guidelines.

You will lead cross-functional teams, mentor staff, and represent IQVIA in standards initiatives while ensuring rigorous documentation and process improvements across study teams.

Qualifications

• MedicData MS/MA or BS/BA in life sciences with relevant experience required.
• Experience in global standards and CDISC SDTM preferred.
• Strong data management and mapping skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain global clinical data standards and mappings.
• Lead in SDTM/define.xml related activities and data standard governance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure compliant data collection.
