Responsibilities

1. Manage all operational aspects of the assigned clinic(s), working closely with staff and providers to meet fiduciary and clinic goals.
2. Plan and coordinate workload priorities, manage staff and providers, and promote a positive, patient-centric culture aligned with Dignity Health's mission, vision, and values.
3. Participate in work groups, teams, and committees to improve clinic operations, standardize processes, and resolve patient care issues.
4. Support customer service initiatives, coaching staff to ensure excellent service and a safe environment compliant with legal and regulatory standards.
5. Assist in determining workload priorities, staff training, and development to enhance performance and staff growth.
6. Manage revenue cycle activities, balance visits/services with operational revenue, and control costs related to supplies and staffing.

Qualifications

Minimum Education and Experience

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least three years of related experience.
• Minimum two years of supervisory experience.

Pay Range

$35.28 - $51.16 per hour
