The Financial Health Network is seeking a Manager, Client Success to join our Client Success & Business Development team to actively drive impact across a portfolio of financial services organizations. The Manager will join an energetic and passionate team as we equip and influence financial institutions, employers, fintechs, insurers, nonprofits, and other financial service industry players to create solutions that improve people’s financial health and close equity gaps. Reporting to the Director, Client Success, the Manager will be primarily responsible for building and maintaining relationships, monitoring and delivering against Member experience metrics, and executing Member-benefit-related projects and engagement activities.
Bachelor’s Degree Or Equivalent Experience Required.
