Description

The Client Solutions Manager is primarily responsible for establishing themselves as the trusted expert, direct owner, and main conduit between the company and our client. This individual will develop and support positive relationships between internal teams and external client teams, ultimately driving sales of our clients' products at retail and growing their business relationship with the company.

Responsibilities
  1. Clarify client expectations and validate that they are met or exceeded.
  2. Provide analysis and recommendations on product performance for assigned retail circuits.
  3. Coordinate new initiatives and client-specific reporting.
  4. Attend relevant meetings and develop relationships with external client teams.
  5. Communicate confidently with executive contacts, providing research-based recommendations.
  6. Collaborate with the account team to develop strategies.
  7. Handle all client service issues promptly and effectively.
  8. Manage communication of client expectations within the team.
  9. Work with internal leadership to provide actionable strategies to drive sales efficiently.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field, with four or more years of management experience in merchandising/marketing or similar.
  • Proven success in senior client relationship management.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Experience managing employees.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
