Job Title: CLIENT MARKETING MANAGER
Location: Texas (Remote), New Hampshire (Remote), Kentucky (Remote), Pennsylvania (Remote), Indiana (Remote), Florida (Remote)
Division: Ticketmaster – Global Sales Operations
Line Manager: Director, Client Marketing
Contract Terms: Permanent, Full-Time, 40 hours per week

Responsibilities
  • Ensure retention and growth of performance media spend and tools within your client portfolio, including other Ticketmaster Marketing Tools and Solutions.
  • Execute complex digital marketing campaigns, analytics projects, and other initiatives flawlessly.
  • Serve as the internal “expert” on your clients: understand their business challenges and opportunities, navigate their organizations, and recommend solutions Ticketmaster can offer.
  • Support growth targets by recommending cross‑channel marketing solutions that deliver against client objectives.
  • Understand and leverage knowledge of ticketing data and ticketing software infrastructure.
  • Translate campaign performance data into insights and actions, identify trends, optimize campaigns, and provide recommendations for upsell opportunities.
  • Provide excellent communication to clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and peers.
  • Lead calls and meetings with clients; develop storylines and content to be shared.
  • Guide clients in effective usage of Ticketmaster products and services, including reporting and segmentation applications.
  • Assist with copywriting, image re‑sizes, and similar tasks related to marketing campaigns across various channels.
  • Support the Marketing Director with ongoing training and team coaching efforts.
  • Stay current on live entertainment and marketing industry knowledge.
  • Travel up to 30% of the time.
Qualifications
Technical Skills
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • Knowledge of Sports and/or Sports Business (plus).
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar digital marketing role.
  • Digital media agency experience is an added bonus.
  • Understanding and interest in the business side of sports.
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
  • Proven understanding of digital marketing platforms and strategies, with expertise in at least one of: SEM, programmatic display, or paid social.
  • Ability to interact with clients and colleagues across all levels professionally and service‑oriented.
  • Very strong competence in Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
