Job summary

Northrop Grumman in Redondo Beach, CA seeks a Manager Computer Systems Analysis 2 to lead classified IT staff and oversee lifecycle activities on-site. You will mentor leaders, coordinate with executives and customers, and ensure compliant security controls across networks and applications.

Qualifications

• Master's degree with 5 years of technical experience or equivalent
• Experience managing, supervising, or leading an IT team
• Experience with Windows domains, including Active Directory, GPOs, policies and permissions
• Documentation and configuration management for compliance and security controls
• Must meet U.S. Government 8140 requirements (8570 equivalent) for IAT level II
• Current U.S. Government Top Secret/SCI clearance (minimum)

Responsibilities

• Lead Classified Solutions staff of system admins, desktop techs, and network engineers
• Provide mentorship and professional development for managers and new leaders
• Interact with executives, PMO and customers on technical matters
• Identify skills needed and provide training
• Coordinate across disciplines to isolate issues between networks and applications
• Align support activities with business goals and manage performance metrics
• Implement tools and processes to improve visibility and prioritization
• Produce clear written reports and deliver oral briefings
• Interact with vendors to evaluate products and services
• Analyze customer requirements to determine equipment and software needs and provide program support
