3M is seeking a results-driven sales leader to head a team of Key Account Managers and regional sales leaders in the Americas for aerospace OEM and tier customers. You will shape the commercial strategy and accelerate growth across the region.

Applicants should have a bachelor's degree and at least seven years in sales or commercial leadership, with aerospace OEM or advanced manufacturing customer experience preferred.
