The Change Management Manager is responsible for leading and executing change management efforts as part of the Transformation Office. This role drives the development and implementation of structured change and communication strategies to prepare, inform, and support employees through organizational change. In this role, the Change Management Manager partners closely with program and business leaders to ensure successful adoption of transformation initiatives by delivering targeted communications, stakeholder engagement, and employee readiness plans.
