Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate recurring launch governance meetings, execution meetings, portfolio reviews, and team operating forums.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, collect and organize pre-read materials, and distribute meeting communications.
  • Provide administrative and operational support to the Launch and Lifecycle Management Excellence team including the documentation and distribution of meeting minutes, decisions, risks, issues, and action items.
  • Support maintenance of launch plans, milestones, deliverables, and status information in SmartLaunch.
  • Review SmartLaunch records and supporting trackers for completeness, consistency, timeliness, and data quality; identify gaps and elevate issues as appropriate.
  • Support in the generation of routine portfolio reports, dashboards, metrics, and presentation materials to support operational and leadership visibility.
  • Maintain launch documentation repositories, team calendars, SharePoint sites, training, and operational metrics.
  • Coordinate document reviews, approvals, version control, publication, archival, and retrieval activities in accordance with established procedures.
  • Support onboarding, training coordination, user adoption, and knowledge management for launch processes, tools, and team ways of working.
  • Assist with inspection-readiness and documentation-retrieval activities as requested.
  • Support implementation and adoption of approved process improvements, tools, templates, and standardized ways of working.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, life sciences, project management, operations, or a related field preferred; equivalent relevant experience may be considered.
  • 2-5 years of experience in project coordination, business operations, project management support, supply chain, quality, or a related function.
  • Experience supporting cross-functional teams and managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Excellent organization, written and verbal communication, meeting documentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint.
  • Experience with project management, reporting, portfolio management, or workflow systems; SmartLaunch and OnePlan Portfolio Management experience is a plus.
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, healthcare, or another regulated industry preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail, follow-through, problem-solving skills, and ability to work independently within established direction.
  • Project management training or certification is a plus.

  • Devens - MA - US: $102,620 - $124,352
  • Madison - Giralda - NJ - US: $95,910 - $116,215
  • New Brunswick - NJ - US: $95,910 - $116,215
  • Princeton - NJ - US: $95,910 - $116,215
  • Seattle - WA: $105,500 - $127,844

The starting pay range(s) listed above is for full-time employees (FTE). You may also be eligible for additional discretionary incentive cash and stock opportunities.

We determine starting pay thoughtfully – carefully considering the nature of the role, required skills, work location, schedule and the knowledge and experience you bring.

Final compensation is guided by pay equity principles and applicable employment laws.

Compensation programs are reviewed on an ongoing basis and may be adjusted over time to reflect evolving market factors, and individual, team or Company performance.

  • U.S.-based exempt employees are eligible for Flexible Time Off (FTO), which provides paid time off without a set accrual limit, subject to manager approval, along with 11 paid company holidays each year.
  • Non-exempt employees, RayzeBio employees, and employees located in Puerto Rico receive 160 hours of paid vacation annually for new hires (subject to manager approval), 11 paid company holidays, and 3 optional holidays.
