SupportFinity™ is looking for a Manager on their Centralized Insights & Analytics team based in New York. This role involves supporting the Category Analytics & Strategy function for brands such as Harry’s and Flamingo, focusing on performance reporting and understanding business drivers.
You will engage with multiple teams, lead projects, and provide mentorship to peers, driving growth opportunities through data analysis. Competitive salary range from $135,000 to $150,000 based on experience.
Flamingo is an award‑winning body, hair, and care brand delivering high‑performance, thoughtfully designed products at an accessible price. Since launching in 2018, we’ve become the #3 player in women’s shave in the U.S., and have expanded our assortment to offer products for every routine—razors, facial and body wax steps, shave gel, and body lotion. Our products and campaigns have been covered by Vogue, Vanity Fair, Elle, and InStyle, and we’ve earned major beauty accolades from Allure and Essence. With a mission to empower women, Flamingo partners with nonprofit partners working to help women and girls build healthy relationships with their bodies and has helped connect over 200,000 people to quality mental‑health and wellbeing resources. Flamingo is part of Mammoth Brands, the modern CPG company behind category‑leading brands Harry’s, Flamingo, Lume, Mando, and Coterie. Driven by a mission to “Create Things People Like More,” Mammoth Brands is creating a new model—and home—for brands, founders, and talent looking to solve unmet needs, improve peoples’ lives and ultimately change the status quo.
The Centralized Insights & Analytics team at Mammoth Brands works cross‑functionally to understand our performance within the context of all that we do—our retail & digital tactics, the marketing investments we make, and how we ultimately serve our customers. The team is focused on providing objective reporting & guidance for the Harry’s, Flamingo, Lume, and Mando brands.
As a Manager on the team, you will support the Category Analytics & Strategy function for our Harry’s, Flamingo, Lume, and Mando brands. While performance reporting & understanding of key business drivers will be important, you will also be a critical partner in informing how our brand comes to life, influencing how we react to the ever‑changing competitive environment. You will work across nearly all teams at Mammoth Brands and have significant leadership exposure. This role will be based at our headquarters in New York and you will report to the Director of Category Strategy & Analytics.
Our working model is in‑office Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Our 70,000 square‑foot SoHo office is decked out with bagels on Wednesdays, lunch on Thursdays, and fully stocked kitchens with snacks, coffee, and drinks every day. We can’t forget the free products and the opportunity to have meetings without Zoom! We can’t quantify all of the intangible things we think you’ll love about working at Mammoth Brands, such as the exciting challenges we tackle, the smart and humble team you’ll get to work with, and our supportive and inclusive culture. That said, our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry, and are one part of our total rewards package, which also includes a comprehensive set of benefits and our equity program. The base salary hiring range for this position is $135,000‑$150,000, but the final compensation offer will ultimately be based on the candidate’s location, skill level, and experience.
