Job description

We Put the World on Vacation

Travel + Leisure Co. is the world’s leading vacation ownership and travel membership company, with a dynamic and growing portfolio of resort, travel club, and lifestyle travel brands. Our dedicated associates help the company achieve its mission to put the world on vacation. Innovation and growth keep our work interesting and fun. Every day is a chance to learn something new and turn vacation inspiration into exceptional experiences for millions of travelers worldwide.

The Manager, Campaign Management is responsible for leading the team that manages the end-to-end execution of digital marketing campaigns, ensuring that campaign strategy is translated into flawless, on-spec builds across all channels. This role owns campaign quality assurance, tracking and tagging accuracy, and launch governance, and serves as the operational backbone connecting strategy, creative, media, analytics, web, and external vendors to ensure every campaign goes live on time and without error.

This position requires a highly organized, detail-oriented leader who can manage a team of campaign specialists/coordinators while partnering closely with cross-functional stakeholders including media, creative, CRM, analytics, web, and external vendors. The Manager, Campaign Management is accountable for building repeatable QA and launch processes, ensuring accurate measurement and tracking infrastructure, and driving campaign-level reporting that surfaces actionable insights back into ongoing and future campaign strategy.

How You'll Shine:
Campaign Execution & Team Leadership
  • Lead and manage a team responsible for the day-to-day execution of digital campaign strategy across paid search, paid social, programmatic, display, SMS, email, app notifications and other digital channels. Set clear priorities, workflows, and quality standards to ensure the team consistently delivers accurate, on-spec campaign builds.
  • Mentor and develop team members through regular coaching, prioritization support, and performance feedback, fostering a culture of accountability, attention to detail, and continuous improvement.
  • Own the resourcing and workload management of the campaign execution team, balancing competing deadlines across multiple concurrent campaigns, brands, and business priorities.
  • Establish and continuously refine standard operating procedures, checklists, and governance processes that reduce errors, improve efficiency, and scale as campaign volume and complexity grow.
Campaign Build, QA & Launch Management
  • Ensure all campaigns are built to spec in accordance with approved strategy, creative, targeting, and budget requirements, including accurate setup across ad platforms, DSPs, and campaign management tools.
  • Oversee the implementation of tracking and tagging infrastructure (UTMs, pixels, conversion tags, offline conversions) to ensure measurement accuracy and data integrity across all campaigns.
  • Own the pre-launch QA process, including audits of campaign structure, targeting, creative, links, tracking, and budget pacing, to guarantee zero-defect, on-time campaign launches.
  • Proactively identify, troubleshoot, and resolve campaign build and tracking issues before and immediately after launch, escalating risks and dependencies to leadership as needed.

Cross-Functional Delivery & Coordination
  • Partner with media strategy, creative, CRM, analytics, web, finance, and external agency teams to ensure campaign delivery is accurate, on-time, and fully aligned to approved strategy and timelines.
  • Serve as the primary point of accountability for campaign delivery, managing critical paths, dependencies, and approvals across cross-functional workstreams.
  • Facilitate clear, proactive communication across stakeholders to surface risks early, align on trade-offs, and keep campaigns on track through launch.
  • Champion process improvements that strengthen collaboration and hand-offs between strategy, creative, and execution teams.
Campaign Reporting & Performance Insights
  • Oversee the development of accurate, timely campaign-level reporting and dashboards that track performance against goals across all active campaigns.
  • Partner with analytics, strategy, and channel teams to translate performance data into clear, actionable insights, and ensure those insights are strategically applied to optimize ongoing and future campaigns.
  • Provide regular performance summaries and executional status updates to leadership, highlighting wins, risks, and recommended actions.
Team Collaboration & Communication
  • Build strong cross-functional relationships with peers across strategy, creative, analytics, and web production to foster shared learning and surface opportunities for synergy.
  • Provide strong internal client service through clear communication, responsiveness, and attention to detail with all stakeholders and partners.
Travel Requirements
  • Minimal travel – approximately 5%. May include occasional travel to partner or resort locations, or attendance at industry conferences to stay current on platform, tracking, and process innovations.

What You'll Bring:
  • 4+ years of experience in digital campaign management, ad operations/trafficking, campaign QA, or digital media execution
  • 2+ years in a leadership or management role, with demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop a team
  • Proven track record managing the execution of multi-channel digital campaigns from build through launch

  • Highly detail-oriented with strong QA instincts and a low tolerance for errors that could impact campaign performance
  • Experience building and improving campaign workflows, checklists, and governance processes
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent campaigns and deadlines
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or related field. Advanced degree a plus
  • Excellent communicator able to work well with cross-functional partners, agencies, and vendors
