Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics seeks a Manager of Calibration & Metrology to oversee the site calibration program and ensure compliance with FDA, GMP, and ISO standards.

You will lead calibration for approximately 2,500 assets, manage the calibration team, vendors, budgets, KPIs, and audit readiness across the facility, while driving continuous improvement in metrology practices.

Qualifications

• 8+ years management experience
• deep knowledge of metrology principles
• proficiency with calibration software (e.g., ProCal)
• experience in regulated environments such as medical devices or pharma
