Overview

Responsibilities

  • Direct Cafe sales and marketing efforts aligned with overall operating strategy.
  • Support the Senior Leadership Team in maintaining brand standards and achieving business objectives.
  • Manage the Cafe’s budget and P&L.
  • Develop and execute marketing initiatives and sales strategies.
  • Manage marketing expenses within budget constraints.
  • Collaborate across departments to ensure brand standards are met in all products and services.
  • Market a multi-product business line to diverse guest profiles.
  • Foster a customer-first environment and ensure guest satisfaction standards are met or exceeded.
  • Assist in attracting, developing, and retaining talented staff, setting clear goals and expectations.
  • Implement learning and development programs for staff growth and retention.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years in sales and marketing, preferably in hospitality.
  • Experience with CRM platforms and social media.
  • Music industry experience is a plus.

Skills

  • Creative and innovative thinking.
  • Strong enthusiasm for sales and excellent communication skills.
  • High business acumen and problem-solving abilities.
  • Fluency in English; multilingual skills are a plus.

Physical Demands

  • Ability to move and work in a cafe and office environment, including standing, walking, and lifting up to 10 pounds.
  • Ability to travel as required.
