Job Opportunity: C-Store Manager at Texas State University

We are hiring immediately for a Full-Time C-Store Manager position located at Texas State University, 700 Moore Street, Bldg 30, San Marcos, TX 78666. Online applications are accepted only.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 12 PM - 8 PM; occasional Saturday or Sunday work may be required.

Requirements: Experience as a Starbucks supervisor/manager or similar leadership role.

Job Summary

Oversees and performs all duties required to operate the C-Store successfully during daily operations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Reconcile daily receipts against cash reports and report variations with explanations.
2. Order and receive products needed for daily operations.
3. Report invoice discrepancies and make notes for the retail director.
4. Manage weekly inventory processes.
5. Ensure sanitation standards are maintained in all areas.
6. Conduct daily audits of cash boxes and machine totals.
7. Prepare coins and currency for shipment, ensuring proper controls are in place.
8. Maintain a safe and clean work environment and perform other duties as assigned.
