Mutual Of Omaha is seeking a Manager, Business Systems to lead and optimize our business systems delivery. You will shape_strategy, oversee a high‑performing team, and drive continuous improvement across processes and systems to meet regulatory and business goals.

You will partner with stakeholders to align technology with business priorities, champion Agile practices, and manage projects within budget while developing talent and ensuring compliance across the organization.

WHAT YOU'LL DO: Business Systems Strategy and Innovation: Maintain expertise in assigned business areas, organizational strategies, and insurance industry trends while evaluating emerging technologies, systems, and methodologies to improve business outcomes.Team Leadership and Talent Development: Build and lead a high-performing, diverse, and inclusive team through effective hiring, coaching, performance management, recognition, and ongoing technical, leadership, and business development.
