Minimum qualifications
- A minimum of 9 years experience in business systems (e.g., systems integration, implementing technology solutions, project management, process design and optimization, testing and troubleshooting systems, training and supporting users, ensuring compliance and security, gathering and documenting requirements) and at least 2 years of leadership experience (e.g., management role).
- {OR} Bachelor's degree or higher and a minimum of 6 years experience in business systems (e.g., systems integration, implementing technology solutions, project management, process design and optimization, testing and troubleshooting systems, training and supporting users, ensuring compliance and security, gathering and documenting requirements) and at least 2 years of leadership experience (e.g., management role).
Preferred skills
- Hands-on Workday HCM configuration experience in a production environment.
- Experience with a Workday implementation, module deployment, or major feature rollout.
- Workday Pro, SHRM, PHR, project management, and/or other relevant professional credentials.
- Functional depth in two or more of the following modules: Payroll, Absence, Time Tracking, or Compensation
- Ability to assess Workday configuration, business process design, production issues, and downstream impacts.
- Experience leading system consultants and partnering with HR, technology, and business stakeholders.
Compensation
- $102,800- $146,900/year
- Gainshare annual cash incentive payment up to 40% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
