• Organize regular team meetings on tools, processes and product updates.
• Recruit, train and coach Account Executives including performance reviews.
• Oversee daily funnel activity and ensure accurate reporting of sales activities.
• Maintain knowledge of Spectrum product offerings and market trends.

• Coach,leadand motivate a team of Account Executives to achieve and exceed sales and performance targets
• Spend 80% of your time in the field supporting your team and 20% handling office responsibilities and administrative tasks
• Develop andmaintaina comprehensive team territory plan while setting andmonitoringindividual sales goals using Spectrum's systems and tools
• Resolve customer complaints and address issuesimpactingsales operations tomaintainefficiency
• Organize regular meetings to keep the team informed of tools,processand product updates
• Recruit, train and coach Account Executives, handling employee relations, performance reviews and ensuring training compliance
• Oversee daily funnel activity for individual sales representatives, including contacts,presentationsand sales
• Ensureaccuratecompletion of administrative tasks and reporting for all sales activities
• Maintain detailed knowledge of Spectrum's product offerings, marketplace trends and competitive landscape, while building positive relationships with customers and partners
